What is the DBpedia KG Catalog?

The DBpedia KG Catalog is a shared place to discover, understand, and compare knowledge graphs.

Knowledge graphs are published by many communities and organizations, but there is still no common catalog that makes them easy to find and assess. Information about a graph's scope, access, license, size, and maintenance is often distributed across project websites, repositories, and data portals. That fragmentation makes it harder to reuse graph data with confidence.

Our mission

Our aim is to make knowledge graphs more findable, understandable, and reusable. The catalog brings practical metadata together in one navigable view and makes changes over time visible, giving users a clearer basis for selecting and reusing graph data.

  • Help users find knowledge graphs and understand their scope, domain, access paths, and licensing.
  • Make maintenance signals, releases, and distributions easier to inspect and compare.
  • Provide a maintained catalog whose records can be controlled and monitored over time.

For graph publishers and users

For publishers, the catalog provides a clear place to present a graph and keep its metadata current. For researchers, data engineers, and other users, it provides a practical starting point for evaluating whether a KG is suitable for a project. Browse the catalog to explore available graphs, or add a KG to contribute one.
